I've been having a hard time trying to find a solid Navy suit in my size so I thought I could go with a blazer but haven't found many conversations about this topic. At a business causal work place why is a navy blazer not a good idea? Do most people agree?I just got 2 suits but they are both pin striped, one navy and one charcoal, would that suffice?

Yeah, of course you can wear a blazer for business casual. That wasn't the question - it was, do I need to buy a blazer, which is definitely a no.

If you don't have one already, you won't need it. But if you are on a tight budget, you can get something decent for an analyst ar Brooks Brothers (on sale). And while you're at it, go for the silver buttons (as opposed to golden), you will save youtself a lot of troubles on the short term .
