Scale 1-10 how inappropriate for IB
I'm an 2nd yr Associate in MM for what it's worth. Honestly looks great on me and would wear with navy slacks for networking events & dinners but clearly not the most formal. Albeit, this has been a trend I’ve noticed tbh
Edit: it's hard to see but it's a light blue houndstooth knit bazer, but the material looks very nice and not like some hipster knitted thing
Looks nice. Depends on your position. Seen VP’s/MD’s rock similar fits. Wouldn’t be so bold as a junior
100 that looks horrible what are you 90
Lmao it's Bonobos not a Grandpa brand actually looks very good for probably a million other occasions just not sure ab work
I’m American
For regular day at the office don’t see any problem with it so 10/10, for events where you may have face time with clients I would say it’s a 7/10 because it may come across less formal or not matching. Again, it’s subjective but don’t see any issues unless you have a picky senior. Like some people are wearing lululemon so I wouldn’t worry about it. Would appreciate SBs and GL!
It might just be my UK bias, but I would say the color is far too bright, looks like you're going to a wedding. But idk how things are in America.
Fs was thinking same thing
I'll stick to conservative colors around office (navy blue/charcoal grey).
