Shoes for Walk to Office?

Looking into some good quality shoes to wear on my walk to the office where I have dress shoes to change into. Was thinking of all black Allbirds or Nike Roshes but I am in Chicago so want to take into account the snow/rain. Are there better options or ideas for what to wear that will be durable, comfortable, and look at least a little decent with dress pants/shirt?

Nike ACGs.

They look good with everything and are durable as fuck. I'm not even going to tell you how long i've been wearing my same pair and people still complement me on how dope they are despite the dirt and liquor stains.

"Out the garage is how you end up in charge It's how you end up in penthouses, end up in cars, it's how you Start off a curb servin', end up a boss"

Do you really only plan to wear one pair of shoes in all seasons/weather conditions? How does a shoe that works in the snow going to feel/work in the summer?

All these recs are good. Vessi footwear makes waterproof shoes that I wear when it’s raining in NYC and they work fabulously to keep my feet dry. The biggest problem I have if it’s raining hard is keeping my actual pant legs dry, to which the solution would be boots you can tuck your pant legs into.
