I don't see why you would need a bag like this. Why not just get a normal duffel for your gym gear? Backpacks in the office is an odd look in my opinion.
Something about that design looks very "Hype-beast" to me.

Its an interesting concept but I couldn't bring myself to pay $150 for a fancy backpack. I use a filson small duffel for my gym & work bag.
