What kind of earrings do you think a woman looks best in during and after work?

So, I normally wear a pair of gold heart earrings with a small diamond stud during the work week, along with golden hoops in my second piercing, but they are small. I'm wondering what you all think of larger gold hoop earrings (think thumb length) or other pieces of jewelry.

If you're wearing something for work, then simple and elegance will be the top concern, then you can go for rhinestone studs or crystal studs earrings usually. However, after work, for an evening outfit, something more eye-catching will do, as you mentioned large, gold hoop will be a good choice. If you do not know how and what to complement the image. To do this, you just need to find a wholesale jewelry boutique and you will surprise everyone with your beautiful style.
