Brookfield's Hedge Fund and Special Sits?

Anyone have any thoughts on these two groups within Brookfield? They did a large fund raise in Europe recently so I'm curious. Also curious to learn what the special sits PE team focuses on.
The usual pointers (comp, wlb, culture, interview process etc.) would be great. But also interested in learning about their investment strategies/ focuses. Their HF also seems like a multi-pod shop, but would be good to confirm. And any idea what background they would look for in a candidate? I come from MF repe (done single assets, platforms, reit take privates, etc.) but considering transitioning to another asset class in the future.

Fwiw, that article doesn’t say that. It says the fund hired someone in London. It says neither that they raised capital there not that capital raising was large.

Sorry about that, thought it was from FT I read a while ago (got blocked out due to subscription this time). But based on this article, it seems like their HF strategies have at least $1B AUM.
