IB Analyst @ EB —> Fundamental HF (London
Hi,
I am currently working as an M&A analyst at an EB, and was wondering how to make the move to a HF as an Equity Analyst.
Specifically, I was curious about how to make the switch in London (EU citizen).
- Who are the best headhunters to reach out too?
- After how much time as an IB analyst is it recommended to make the switch?
- Which banks have the best exit ops to HF?
- I noticed that there is a good mix between IB analyst and ER analysts going to HF’s, would an intermediate switch to ER to grasp more market concepts and potentially develop a sector specific knowledge make me more attractable?
- HF hours in London?
