As a Junior I interviewed with a firm, though they termed the practice 'risk arbitrage'.

I was quizzed over a recent deal that had taken place and what I thought of it, with specific questions regarding how events between the announcement and the execution could/should have affected the outcome.

There was also a written component on technicals and basic terminology. Ratios as well (obviously).

Having said that, it might be very different given that I had yet to graduate and you're coming from experience.
