Pershing Square Capital Management Intern/FT Offer

Does anyone know what the process would be like to intern/work FT at Pershing Square out of undergrad? There was a thread about this in 2011 but I was wondering if things had changed or if anyone knew anything about the process.

I emailed them during my freshman year, my sophomore year, and during my sophomore summer. Every time following up on the same email chain with an updated resume asking if they had any intern opportunities. Every time the VP of HR said they had no opportunities available. I think they only recruit through very specific pipelines and banking. I am at a semi-target so that could've been it. Also I would like to consider myself a strong candidate since I am an incoming SA at another top HF so I don't think it had to do with resume strength more so just how they recruit.

They dont hire interns, or even banking analysts really. Pretty much exclusively megafund pe associates, and even then only maybe one every 2 or 3 years. Run very lean.
