I am currently applying to prop shops in Europe and would be interested in knowing what people on this forum think about them!
JS/Citsec/Optiver/Flow Traders/SIG/IMC/Virtu/DRW/other places that I'm missing
would really appreciate any insights in their culture, specialization, summer internship return rates, trader retention rate, etc (apparently every company says they are leading & HRs say they would like to keep everyone, but would like to know what the reality is)
