Tudor and Moore

Hi

does anyone have experience with their respective interview / recruiting procedures for junior positions. What are they looking for? What are the interviews like? How to prepare. All insights into their culture, outlook would be helpful.

thanks

I interviewed with Moore in March with their HR. Before I had it I talked to some previous interns and they basically said first round is HR and second round is the group where they put you.

I was basically told in the interview though that they were substantially scaling back their intern program this summer and didn't plan on taking any trading interns. Also, I'm pretty sure they aren't hiring full-time for entry level. Some else might know the answer. Apparently, when Louis lost 2p last year he wasn't very happy about it

Hopefully this helps.
