2023 FT Recruiting environment

How is full-time recruiting for 2023 banking analyst positions (entry-level positions) going for all of y'all? Do you guys think that there are overall more or less FT opportunities/spots available this year (given the macro and recessionary environment) compared to prior years?

Would love to hear your guy's thoughts!

This shit is absolutely fucked. Didn't get a return from a BB and am absolutely struggling. Have gotten interviews and a few superdays at some good firms but haven't been able to get the offer. Every place I network with tells me I have a great resume but unfortunately they're not hiring. Seems like this FT market for analysts might be as bad as 2020 or the worst one since 2012. I'm hoping this one final process I'm in gives me an offer so I can take it and be done. Lmk if u wanna talk abt in pm
