Buy-Side Mining Internship

Wasn’t really sure where to put this forum but I’ll hopefully get some responses.

Anyway, I have an buy-side internship interview in the states where I would be helping a handful of PMs and Analysts cover metals & mining. I put the location as Canada for this post as I go to undergrad here and 7/10 times they are buying a Canadian names. I’ve worked a Corp dev co-op term at a major, and am pretty technically sound for my age. If I was to get this I would be doing backflips as mining is really the only sector I’m passionate about learning and is where my career aspirations lie. That said, is there any advice on what to expect and anything outside of the box I could say or do to increase my chances ? If it helps with context, this came about through networking, and firm does usually have about a half dozen kids working there during summer.
