Nope, as of now no plans to raise Analyst base salaries to market. CS clearly has no money, incredibly disappointing bonuses the other day for ASOs and up after a great performance year from IB, even though there should’ve been more money to give around given the mass exodus of MDs the past year. Directors and MDs are pissed bc they got very low numbers and have that 3 year clawback being thrown at them. Wouldn’t be surprised to see another mass exodus coming in the next few weeks.

 

This what happen when you lever the shit out of a wonky tech hedge fund and then are too dumb to realize that you are the bag holder after all the other prime brokers got out before you. Multi billion dollar losses will do that lmao
