Do banks actually take signing bonus back?
So I am jumping ships within a year because of better comp.
My offer letter says I need to return signing bonus and relocation if I leave within a year, would they actually take it back? I am here for 8-9 months I guess.
Any similar experiences? Thanks!!
Yes, some banks have gone after it in the past. You should prepare for that in the event they do.
