GS/MS/JPM Analyst to Corporate Paths?

Burner Account Here,

I'm a first year analyst at GS/MS/JPM and am thinking more seriously about next steps. I'm really interested in moving to SF (or LA) and pursue some sort of CD/CS role at a growthy or well established tech company. I was wondering if someone could give me some guidance on the following:

-Headhunters that are specific to corporates (especially west coast / tech). Are they more or less the same as PE recruiters? I did not go through the on cycle PE process, but met with most of the headhunters (and have good relationships with them).

-Pay. If I left after one or two years of banking, is it realistic to find a gig where I can make $100K+ and and achieve some meaningful compensation step ups. Lets say I want to make ~$250-300k by the time I'm 30 (I'm 23) - Is that a realistic? Does anyone have any real examples of places that pay like that?

-Are other roles like product management, etc. that might be accessible for bankers?

-Future opportunity: I'm not saying I'm going to jump into megafund PE, but what a job like this leave doors open for something like venture / growth equity role or a top Bschool down the line?

Answers to any or all of these questions are much appreciated.

Thank you!
