Guggenheim NY vs top 3 BB in Chicago

Hi I currently have an offer with Guggenheim in NY and an offer to a top 3 BB (JPM/MS/GS) in Chicago and was wondering if anyone can provide insight on which to choose as I am having a hard time making a life changing decision. I don't want to live in NY long-term, but want to have a stint there at some point so that is something I am considering with Guggenheim if I can get that out of my system with the analyst years in NY. But can't decide if the marginal benefits of a top 3 BB are too good to pass up. Also not sure how much mobility the top 3 BBs have internally / if starting in Chicago will be super hard to crack into NY PE if that is what I choose to do after.

I think Gugg is better if you really want PE since most recruiting happens in nyc
