I have the opportunity to transfer to a target (LSE) from a Semi target (Bath)? IB query
So, essentially I got good A levels and I've been sending emails to the LSE and they are showing a strong indication of considering my application for 2nd year transfer.Should I even bother really because Bath is a good uni or is the rep at LSE just too good?
Definitely go for the change! 100%
How come?
Well simply because you cannot compare the prestige of these two schools. LSE will increase your chances of getting an offer by a zillion times! You can still apply for SW and don't worry if you won't get one. They are helpful but if you go to LSE, and have a good background you should be able to get an offer.
Also, if I switch to LSE, I'll be a 2nd year in a 3rd year course as opposed to a 2nd year in a 4 year course at Bath. So essentially, I won't be able to apply for SW, wouldn't that decrease my chances of getting a SA position?
Well you'd just apply this year for springs like everyone else.
Omg heyyy
Go to LSE and don't look back. You won't regret it!
