Is this really bad?

I am a student at Morehead State in Kentucky(laugh at the name but this is the home of More head if you get what I am saying). I am a double major(Real Estate and Finance) with a 3.5 gpa. I use to be a floor trader at the CME and I left to come back to get my degree. I want to get into Real Estate investment banking in LA or somewhere on the west coast but I have no clue what banks would hire me. Any help? I am looking for an internship, any ideas?

I work out in SF at an i-bank, and now want nothing more then to break in on the Chicago trading scene...If you could just shoot me a quick response about how you got in on the CME, why you left, do you know any good HH in chicago that can help get me out of I-bank hell and into sales/trading...Thanks and let me know if you need any specs on California, I know a few folks out here...
