Lateral Success Stories

If you have successfully lateraled could you please answer the following.

Position (An1 or 2, As1 or 2, etc.)

Tenure at firm prior to lateral

I know that lateraling happens but it is hard to get good data on what seems to be the norm in terms of timing, difference in firm, relocation, etc.

This guy is a retard. You’re saying “500 mn” people worked in investment banking and have lateraled from one bank to another? That would be the criteria to become a part of the sample.

You would think you need to learn a thing or two about statistics before becoming a PM at HF

 

LinkedIn is quite difficult to narrow down to see people switching cities, banks, etc. you also have limited searches and an algorithm that isn’t always on point with what you are trying to find
