Need guidance!

I have two amazing offers right now on the table. Both of them expire in 2 days and I have no idea which to pick. I have an EB offer (PJT/PWP) and I have a BB offer (JPM). On one hand I know that the JPM name will help me for the rest of my life, but I know that the experience and pay at an EB will be better. My goal is to go into MF PE (specifically BX,KKR,Carlyle). Which option would be best for me?

Do you have connections in top groups at JPM that can help you with placement? If so, the top groups at JPM probably slightly out place PJT and PWP M&A. If you are not confident with group placement, PJT M&A would probably place more consistently than JPM as a whole. But either way, you will get looks from the same firms, and being at PJT instead of JPM or vice versa won't be the deciding factor in where you place. So my advice is go where you preferred the people.
