Outside of the US, where do American BB IB's recruit most of their visa sponsored foreign employees?

I'm from Canada and I was just curious where banks in the US recruit most of their foreign employees from (eg. from Mexico, Canada, etc.) I'm talking about US offices like GS NYC. Also what are the foreign "target schools", if there are any? Ik for Canada, Ivey and Queen's Commerce are examples of targets.
