PE FoF out of undergad to BB IBD

Final year student graduating in June this year, studying at a target university in London. I've recently received an offer (6 moths off-cycle with potential conversion) for a PE FoF firm. The firm has $90bn+ in AuM and does 60% secondaries 40% primary. The end goal is BB IB, previously did MM IBD SA stint, the team liked me but didn't convert due to internal restructuring. I did recruit for IB's this year, reached AC's in a few, but they were all unsuccessful.

Any tips on how to break in after the PE stint/best groups to aim for etc..?
