1) make sure it flows like water. there shouldn't be any additional effort required to read.

2) resumes are supposed to be in bullets. unless you are writing the next great American novel, this wouldn't be a concern for the recruiters and should not be a concern for you either.

 

The question was if the resume should be justified, not if it should flow or be in bullets.

I have seen both ways and prefer not to justify, as it breaks up the bullets a bit better. It looks too monotonous if justified. I think most MBA programs also have a non-justified resume style (e.g. refer to other posting for Tuck examples).
