Strategy to IB?

Two questions under the guise of one here.

1) I work for a niche strategy house and have been involved in multi billion $ transactions (commercial DD/supporting debt financing). Despite this its a small consultancy and relatively unknown (although working with rbc//kkr/blackrock atm) . I’ve also done a project finance internship at a small e&p company.

I have experience in deals and asset valuation, know project finance and M&A first hand - but at unknown companies - will my applications for fulltime get filtered due to no big names, is it best for me to do an off cycle

2) anyone know the timeline for london? Afaik only MS has opened earlybird applications for us and GS looks closed
