Withdraw Application
I found two typos in my resume and two typos in my cover letter after submitting my application. (My fault --- wasn't thinking straight 2AM in the morning). I was wondering will it be fine if I withdraw and reapply with a new account given that my old account shows a track record of the events I have gone. Also met the HR and she kinda hinted it is ok. Connected quite well with the people so I really dont wanna mess up it up. Still have time until the deadline. Thanks. [The position is for BB bank in Asia]
its a risk either way but it might draw more attention to your mistake if they see two versions of your app on the systems
Thanks for your advice. I spelled "on" instead of "in" and "anlyst" instead of "analyst" in my bullet points. And "Aug3th" instead of "Aug3rd", do you recommend withdrawing? Thank you a lot for your adivce.
Or you recommend sending an udpated version of resume if I do get interviews later is a better option? Thanks.
Apply again. Too noticeable mistakes. If you connected well, they will at least appreciate your attempt to fix the errors.
Agreed. It's better to fix the errors.
