Best Areas Of Finance For Those Lacking Math Skills

I have never been a stellar student nonetheless, I tried my best and Im about to graduate with very average grades and no relevant internships.

I performed well up until I started college then I bombed as the material got more technical. I **test well in any subject that is dominated by theory questions, I do excellent in any presentations or essays **as opposed to the very math based modules such as portfolio management, derivatives etc.

Im dreading applying for jobs with the blemish of my bad grades **and I know I will be overlooked by any HR department during the screening process. My **math skills do not lend themselves beyond simple corporate finance calculations such as NPV, FCFE, YTM bonds etc however I am quite good at quick math.

I have great people skills and a lot of people would consider me their best friend which is somewhat unique as I seem to **obtain peoples trust very fast. **I am **very articulate (as pointed out by my thesis advisor) **and can **speak well in front of crowds and I can be very convincing **during presentations over the years. I have a **decent level of creativity and high level of energy some would consider me ADHD.
**

I had intentions of being a trader, working in investment banking, hedge funds or private equity but its not happening with my academic background and I'm not sure I would excel in such a field with naturally poor math skills (correct me if this assumption is wrong).

Going forward what area of finance/business would I excel in and enjoy ? and what areas can I rule out ?

Can networking through LinkedIn inmails and cold calling firms make up for my lack of grades ?

Some people in my life have suggested I apply for sales jobs in tech companies and fast moving consumer goods companies.

Thanks In Advance
