Best type of internship for unsure students?
I'm not sure what branch of finance I want to get into and I'm currently applying for off-cycle internships. What are your thoughts on the most versatile finance internships or internships for people who aren't 100% sure of the path they want to take, one that would give me a general view of finance careers and be applicable or impressive for future applications?
I'm interested in the idea of asset management/PWM as well as investment banking and PE but also do not know much about the actual careers.
Some internships/ places I'm applying are:
-Family Office
-Hedge fund
-Asset management firms
-boutique IB
