BO BB to IB (and other exit ops)

I'm from a non target school in the midwest (class of 2020). I've managed to gain decent SA experience during my undergrad years (ranging from LMM PE to L/S HF).

Because of this pandemic, I haven't been gaining too much traction with traditional IB roles, however, I managed to get offered a BO analyst position with a BB. If I accept this BO analyst position, what are the exit ops? Also, if I market/network myself properly, how difficult would it be to get an offer in IB (in a different firm or at this particular BB)?

TLDR: What are the exit opportunities for working as a BO analyst at a BB for a non-target graduate that has SA experience in PE and HF
