Current Undergrad, should i go to grad school or work?

Current 3rd yr student in canada, non target school, near perfect GPA. I still managed to get some interviews with some IB firms in Canada, and have other interviews coming up for non banking jobs?

I want to know this summer should I prepare for my gmat to try to get into Princeton's Masters in finance or Harvard's 2+2 program or should I spend the spring studying for my CFA® lvl 1 and do financial modelling programs?

I see that aiming for top programs like princeton and harvard would be very risky in that if i dont get into the programs then in my 4th yr i am left with a gmat score but no applicable skills. Also with grad school it is a lot of debt I would be going into. I do know someone from my school's investment club who graduated and went to Cornell's Financial Engineering program.

I think with a CFA® lvl 1 and financial modelling courses I would be preparing myself to get an analyst job.
