full-time recruiting

how will full-time recruiting look like? im starting my sa internship next month and i have some reservations about going there full-time. my thinking is pretty well thought out and definitely not spontaneous.

i know that banking is kinda fucked right now and conditions aren't the best so offer rates will be lower. i was curious if people think there will even be a full-time process this time around. much appreciated

Ignore flair, even if the market is shit poor there’s always opportunities that arise. For context, I got ratfucked out of a return this past summer, but was able to get something by just targeting everything: BB, EB, MM, LO, MM HF, MF PE, UMM PE, MM PE, GE, VC, Uni Endowments, MBB. In an environment such as this, start early, get your story down, know your technicals cold & you will end up being fine. Best of luck man, you got this.
