Hiring Preferences in IB and PE

I am an ACCA member and a CFA charterholder. I have 2 years of work ex with a bulge bracket bank in back office. I am targeting to move to front office/Revenue center. I currently live in India. What are the best ways for this transition? Do I need a MBA for this? Or employers would hire me and sponsor my H1B Visa given current qualifications?
