How to add value to my CV?
I am currently pursuing an MBA in finance from a top B-School in India, however the teaching methodology here is quite different from a case based/practical approach. Would really appreciate helpon what I can do to build my CV from India and move away from backend offices!
Try getting a proper business experience. You can work with a few tech startups trying to expand into India on the strategy front. Interview at places where the chances of getting into their international offices are higher.
This does make sense. Working at a startup is akin to a death knell in India though, people who don't get jobs at big brand flock to these...
It will be at the risk of leaving a brand name, and recruiters are sentimental about that. Thoughts? Is the same in the US?
