Probably the job I’m in now (buyside at a mega fund) - though more to do with the people than the job itself.

I work on a team full of young-ish parents with babies who understand the importance of work life balance. No one glorifies working long hours or sleeping in your cubicle. People go home and focus on those families, and that type of family-based attitude permeates through the junior ranks (for example, analysts are treated like human beings as opposed to anonymous number crunchers).

Knowing what I know now, I would always value people more than name/prestige/type of role. At the end of the day, I want to go to work happy (life is literally too short to be miserable).
