Where is the right move? Australia or Canada

I am coming to the end of a 2 year graduate programme with a bank in Ireland. I have been offered a full time role if I wish to stay, but I am still only 23 and have always wanted to live and work abroad and think now is a great time to persue this dream.

I have been looking online to try to find out where would be the best place to move to. My goal would be to get a job in finance in either place, preferably something in the world of private equity or real estate. However, I do not personally know anyone in either place so am finding it hard to determine what would be the better move for me.

I understand this is vague but I would really appreciate any recomendations or insight anyone on here might have that would be applicable to me. Ultimately I would hope that this move can further my professional career as well as giving me an opportunity to see more of the world.

Thanks very much for your time
