Where to go from here? - Currently first semester freshman at St. Bonaventure University

Hi, I am currently a first semester freshman at St. Bonaventure University in Western New York. I will be ending the semester with around a 3.7 currently majoring in finance and philosophy. After discovering this website I have realized I need to transfer to a better institution so I am going to community college to transfer somewhere more prestigious.
I have no connections, no internship experience, most importantly I have a glaring feel of uncertainty coupled with the feel of being lost. I would love to work in San Francisco as California is my home state. So I have a few questions, and would be very happy if you can chime in. Thanks so much.

Going forward what should I do?

Whens is it too late for me to get my first internship?

If you were in my predicament with the current knowledge/experience you possess, what are the bigest mistakes you would avoid?

If you can list like three concrete goals I should shoot for as a barometer, what are they?

If there anything else just pour your heart out.

Why go to community college and then transfer? Try transferring after this year (after next semester).

Impossible is nothing

Agree with this... why go to a worse institution than you currently attend to delay another semester only to transfer again to a better inst.

Ravenous:
It depends on your stats, but if they're okay you might have a shot at Berkeley, which has a good network in the SF area and is a reasonable bet for a front office role if you do well and network.

It's tough to transfer to Berkeley from outside of California's state university or community college systems. Probably worth a shot, though.

Don't believe everything you think.

Well I simply cant afford paying tuition at a private institution so if I dont intend on staying I would rather transfer home. Berkeley only accepts transfers at the junior level, and I live in california so yes Berkeley would definitely be viable. Thanks!
