My Intro-Target Junior with Prop Trading Internship

Hi Guys,

Just to introduce myself, I'm a junior from a target school that's about to go into an internship with a legit prop shop(think JSC, DRW, SIG, or Optiver). I've been a long time lurker and decided to finally register an account and contribute.

Hey

Would you mind answering a few questions? - How would a toplist made by you look like if I asked you to rank the top prop shops? You seem like somebody with a lot of information on them. - Could you shed some light on whether somebody who wants to intern at JS (you mentioned you made it onto the pre-final rounds), he/she would need programming skills? Or is that only necessary for developers there? Also, do all the interview questions basically revolve around prob/stat questions and brainteasers? - What do you think are the most important qualities when it comes to recruiting at a prop shop, as opposed to recruiting at a BB?

Thank you very much for your time!
