Can’t answer this question cause I’m an intern, but do questions like the OP make finance out to be deeper than it really is? I’m not trying to be an ass, I really want know.
We all are aware of the crazy learning curve roles like investment banking/S&T has on juniors in the first two years. Professional and finance knowledge related growth is a given. I’m curious about personal growth and what changes people have noticed within themselves from being part of that environment.. whether it be becoming more confident and assertive or something else. Not looking for a David Goggins type of character arc, but also don’t want to minimize experiences people have had in the industry
Also just an intern, but the obvious one would be developing the capacity to work really, really hard at something. Useful professionally but I would say this is personal development too.
