Couple months into my first job out of college

Hey all, just to give some context. I am a new analyst on the electronic trading desk and I am in the product group covering the equity algos of the firm. Its been a couple of months since I started and I am learning a lot but I still feel truly lost. Is there a time frame when things begin to click and connect? Overall, I feel lost and all over the place. Any advice regarding the first couple of months would help a lot.

In retrospect, It took me about a year before i was making meaningful contributions to my first firm. Learn everything you can. Every programming language, library function, communication protocol, etc...How different systems interact (at some level, there is code that is relatively easy to understand for almost everything).

just google it...you're welcome
