Your sleep schedule is likely to be the cause. It’s pretty bad

I’m more of a night owl with my best work coming between 11am - 2amor if I wake up early before 8am.  I wouldn’t say brain fog (lots of implications) but there is a time for cranking / processing and there is. Time for creating truly original work.  Most of the time it is a mindset that comes out at a certain point (usually when the day to day stuff is over with).  You need to be positive, open minded and as usual factor in downside risks.

For me, it took a lot of research and bloodwork and I found I had some strange symptoms which ended up being interconnected to find the root cause which ended up being something called a histamine intolerance. This is going to be very broscience ish so take with a grain of salt. This is what worked for me, not necessarily under any guidance.

To try and realise your problem, you need to single out certain factors and choices you make to affect how you feel. The days when you feel the worst, try and remember what you did exactly like how much you slept, what you ate etc. There are tons of reasons why you could be feeling this way, and you need to find particular triggers.

Supplements wise, I stumbled into some over the counter coping mechanisms. I discovered that a combination of vitamin b complex with b6 and b12, L-tyrosine and caffeine combined together helped massively. I wouldn’t advise doing this all the time though. Genuinely feels like a legal adderal alternative.

Habits wise, I made sure I changed my diet to a low inflammatory one and ate a lot healthier. I personally follow a very low histamine diet(it’s a bit complicated), but this isn’t really necessary, just avoid food which is typically considered bad and avoid processed food. I did CBT behavioural therapy and improved my sleep habits massively combined with my diet changes improved my quality of sleep. I also stopped jerking off as much, it seems to help me a lot, make of that what you will. Light exercise is also very very helpful and avoid being completely idle as much as you can. Working out intensely can negatively affect your energy levels though imo.
