Juicy Bob Woodward book

Basically, from the Wapo’s excerpts, it sounds like everyone is hard at work in the administration, except one burden. Lol.

I just want to know who is interested in this tale as much as I am? I would’ve expected the theme of this book to be the case, it’s nice to know I can officially speculate that the work in the White House is being done by the TRUE Americans and not some genius one man show.

Of course you’d read trash like this. Pathetic.

Can’t wait for Canada to fold and nafta to be finally renegotiated. Oh wait, it couldn’t be done.

For all we know, everything in it was really leaked by those in the White House. Poor Sarah Sanders has to spend most of her time defending the guy on his tweets, words, intentions, etc. They all dip at first chance, especially the ones that have to be closest to him and answer his concerns. We know for a fact that he said bad things about Spice before he left. I don’t know how anyone can get anything done with his constant and never ending seeking of something or someone to attack.

Who reads trash like this? Same garbage was pimped when Obama was president.

Pick up a read book. Or jerk off watching Maddow. But don't was time, money and whatever little brain cells you have on that crap.

Yeah but Woodward is an actual journalist with decades of reputation. It’s solicitous but not crazy junk. If I read it and it sounds like it’s all made up, I can discern that. Though right now it does sound interesting.

Guess you don’t like tax cuts, conservative SCOTUS, pro American NAFTA, and eternal winning.

Save yourself bro. Everyone else is happy.

Still looking into the NAFTA renegotiations. Sounds like the most notable change is its “modernization” around digital. I don’t think that was part of the Trump campaign.

Meet new trade deal! Same as the old trade deal... But of course, the sycophants will tell you differently.

p.s. idgaf about this book

I’m sorry, but you haven’t been paying attention. Increasing US auto content and raising the avg wage will definitely help US manufactures.

Same changes have been mentioned with Canada, including opening up their dairy market which is important for the upstate NY area.

These are sizable improvements. Something that could have and should have been done a decade ago.

This, coupled with the tax cuts, deregulation and roll back of Obama era red tape greatly help US business.

Idk, I agree with Bob. The changes you're referring to in the article is nominal adjustments to where production happens. Nominal because the big issue that needed to be overwritten is the idealistic approach to CAs and unions, which has left labor feeling insecure about earning more over time. That's what the supposed flyover is angry about, more than target production designation. Most of this seems to steal away from China, in terms of importing parts, etc.

Canada is going to fight tooth and nail for labor solutions, I think, so I won't call it a failure, yet. I know that most of Trump's "suggestions" have not gone very far and his targeted goals seem to be no where to be found in the new emerging agreement.
