Peter Thiel's book: Zero to One
This might be the worst book I've ever read.
Even when I lowered my expectation/perception, it was still a useless/awful book.
Is anyone else feeling the same?

What was your gripe with it? I thought it was interesting, albeit with a huge tech/VC bias.
Definitely colored with Thiel's rather unconventional approach. He's quite radical, but I wouldn't say the book was terrible. I found it very interesting.
Hi, my friends said that this is a very cool book, I read it myself, I didn't really like it either. I've just started reading articles, magazines and essays, it's quickly interesting and not boring. I recommend going to studydriver and exploring the Observation Essays, very interesting materials created by professionals using examples of various cases and situations from real life, books or anything, good luck with your study, you should like it!
It's one of the best books I've ever read. It's basically the start-up Bible that I've used to put aside a lot of bad ideas people have approached me with. I still haven't struck gold yet, but it's helped me avoid wasting my time on ideas that will never succeed in the modern start-up world.
I actually loved the book. I was a high school freshman when I read it though so I’m not sure how much that affected my opinion.
It's shocking that you didn't find it insightful frankly, lot of great ideas in it (and I don't care for Thiel much either way)
It is one of the best books, I've ever read. Honestly he synthesizes so many complex topics and ideas without sparing a word. You can just tell a REALLY smart person wrote it.
What don't you like about the book?
haha did his methodology call out your Looter ways?
I think that book is based on the course he taught at Stanford CS 183: Startup
