As a lifelong New Yorker, I'd never go further north. I'm considering moving to a Mediterranean climate as is. More snow? GTFO.

This is posssibly one of the dumbest topics I've seen on here so far.

cost of living might be less, but you're paid less too...although i've heard some american banks try to match compensation with ny and god forbid you ever want to visit new york (or anywhere in the states) while getting paid in CAD other than that its great...summers in muskoka are a big bonus

I'd say TORONTO is slightly better, but I would rather live in NEW YORK because of its proximity to NEW JERSEY, the BESTEST place in the ENTIRE WORLD.

Do you know that in Canada, if your 6-year-old says he wants to be a girl and you won't put him on hormones, they can take your kid away? Cause you're trans-phobic or some shit?

Do you know that in Canada, a landlord recently lost a lawsuit for walking into his own rental unit that he was renting to Muslims while wearing shoes? For being culturally insensitive?

That place was too soft for Drake and Beiber. Think about it.

My two-year-old comment is getting "low quality" shits, but not "inaccurate" shits.
