WFH Effect on Recent Grads

Saw a couple of threads about people loving WFH and thinking about sticking to it long-term. Assuming this trend catches on, how will it affect early career folks? As an incoming analyst I had been looking forward to building relationships around the office and developing that "camaraderie" with my class that I often hear about in the forums. I understand that WFH doesn't rule these things out, but I'd assume it's going to be much more difficult (or at least feel very different). Obviously most firms probably aren't going to jump into full-on WFH everyday for everyone, and as I've heard it's going to be much more about flexibility (eg. being allowed to leave at 6pm and finish up the rest at home), but still thought I'd ask the question.
