Will Biden replacing Trump make visa issues any better?

Title says it all. Curious what you guys think. I'm set to return to America a couple years later and maybe we'll have a new leader by then. I'm an international student and things aren't in my favor when it comes to recruiting. Wonder if the Biden administration will ameliorate the concerns.

Biden very clearly and explicitly lays out some of his plans and ideas on immigration.

One such idea being that he wants more flexible high-skilled immigration visa system, by abolishing the 140K cap on work visas and establishing a system that reflects the labor market. Cuz you know, caps and quotas are almost never good ideas. Idk where in the priority list this falls under for Biden, but I'd say Biden presidency is good for international students trying to get a job in the US.

It's what I call the "political paradox".

Conservative version would be being anti-abortion because of "sanctity of life" but having people die of diseases they can't afford the treatment of is okay.
