Can someone explain the economics of a hospital/insurance?
I always see/hear a lot about the cost of healthcare in the United States. Can anyone explain this?
Is it as simple as, people with insurance are "technically" paying for people who receive care without health insurance? What would be the way to get costs down, refuse service to uninsured? Cap profits for hospitals/drug makers?
