2022 vs 2023 Oncycle
Thanks everyone for the help on this forum. 2020 college grad here that recently lateraled into IB as 2021 analyst (previously in another industry so had to take a year back).
Given 2022 on-cycle hasn't kicked off yet. Would I be recruiting for 2023 PE oncycle, and would the timeline be different this year given 2022 is still not over?
