Ares- Global Client Solutions pay structure

Hi Chimps,

Currently a 3rd year associate in PWM at a bulge bracket bank and looking at roles within Ares Global Client Solutions group, trying to get an understanding on pay structure as an associate specifically.

Currently my total comp is made up of hourly pay, overtime, firm bonus, and a team performance bonus. "Base" pay is relatively low considering I qualify for OT and it racks up quickly. Does anyone know what the structure looks like at Ares for Associates in the group specifically? Is it salary + bonus or would it be similar to what my pay package looks like now?
