Buyout to Growth?

I’m currently an associate at an UMM buyout shop that focuses on biz services, HC, and other tech enabled industries - fund size around $8-11bn. I’m exploring opportunities in Growth now and interested to hear people’s perspectives on how to make the transition, what types of firms are more receptive to buyout backgrounds, and how to best market yourself for these opportunities. Especially interested at how this would look at the Sr. Associate / VP level. Thank you!
