Entry level Equity Trader Chicago

I am looking for starting salary figures for equity traders in chicago. I already have my liscenes and 3+ years trading brackground., and trade life cycle.

I am looking for starting salaries at BOA, and JP Morgan. Any help is great.

cant speak from experience about BoA, but JP in chicago would give (has given, does give) a guy with less experience than you a salary of $150k-$200k, plus bonus of $100k-$200k for all in compensation of $250k-$400k first year no problem. Again, not sure about BoA or any of the others but from what i hear JPMC is looser with the salaries and will pay more than the rest if they want you.

lol no, no they don't. No first years are getting salaries of $150-200k, though there are plenty of traders at banks and top props that are pulling that much and much more in some cases within their first couple years of trading (including equity derivatives).
